How you
join

A short form, a check, and your country is yours. No payment to apply.

  1. 01

    Apply

Tell us about your company and the country you work in. It takes a few minutes.

  2. 02

    We check

We ask for your business licence and references from forwarders you work with, and check the public blacklists.

  3. 03

    You hold your country

Once approved, you are the network's only member for your country, and requests for it come to you.

WHAT MEMBERS GET

Fewer partners,
better ones

Big networks put several forwarders in the same city. We keep one per country, checked before they join, so the work stays with you.

  1. 01

    Your country, exclusively

One member per country. Files and quote requests for your country inside the network go to you, not to a competitor down the street.

    EXCLUSIVE · ONE PER COUNTRY
  2. 02

    Partners who were checked

Every member shows a business licence and references before joining, and is checked against public industry blacklists.

    LICENCE · REFERENCES · BLACKLISTS
  3. 03

    Work between members

Members send their files for another country to that country's member first, and answer each other's quote requests.

    QUOTES · ROUTED FILES
  4. 04

    A forwarder behind the network

Swift Cargo Africa has worked in international freight since 1982 and helped build sea groupage (LCL) in Tunisia. When we ship to or from your country, you are the agent we call first.

Open
countries

Each country goes to the first forwarder we approve there. Pick yours to start your application.

Outside Africa? You can apply too. Africa opens first, and other countries follow the same one-per-country rule.

MEMBER RULES

What we ask
of every member

  • A registered forwarding company with a business licence, an office and an active website.
  • A clean record: no listing on industry blacklists for unpaid debts.
  • Pay other members on time, within the terms agreed for each file.
  • Members first: send your files for another member's country to that member first.
  • Answer requests from other members promptly, even when the answer is no.

A member who stops paying or keeps breaking these rules loses their country, and it opens again for another forwarder.

QUESTIONS

Before
you apply

How much does membership cost?

Founding members join free until 31 December 2026. After that, membership is a yearly fee. We send you the terms with your approval, before anything is due, and you decide then.

Why only one forwarder per country?

So that members don't compete with each other for the same files. When a member has a shipment for your country, there is one place for it to go: you.

Is there payment protection or insurance?

No. We don't sell insurance. Members are protected by who gets in: everyone is checked before joining, the payment rules are clear, and a member who doesn't pay loses their place.

Who runs the network?

Swift Cargo Africa, a freight forwarder based in Tunisia, in international transport and logistics since 1982. We work the Europe, China and Africa flows every day, and we built this network for the partners we need ourselves.

What happens after I apply?

We read your application, then contact you by email to ask for your business licence and references. If everything checks out, your country is marked as taken and you are in.

My country is already taken. Can I still apply?

Yes. We keep your application on file, and if the country opens again you are the first we contact.
